Definition of Emergency
Please see the list below for a few
examples of what situations are considered emergencies and
will be dealt with immediately:

Water Intrusion

Gate stuck CLOSED
(stuck open will
be addressed the next business day)
Both elevators down
(one down will
be addressed the next business day)
People stuck in the elevator

after hours, please call:

After
Hours personnel will always return calls even if they do not
call a vendor out to address the issue at that time and log
is kept of every call. Emergency personnel will call
Management if additional assistance is needed in dealing
with the matter. |
